Conditions

Choose the document type, vendor, project, expiry and/or replaces a document that triggers this workflow. Conditions in a group join with and or or; add a second group to combine both.

Document approvals are not routed yet. Even once this workflow is saved, a matching document will not enter the approval chain below until document routing ships. Invoice workflows route normally.

Fires when the document is a certificate of insurance and (it expires within 30 days or it replaces an existing document).

This workflow is only triggered when a review is created for the users selected here.

Users selected as approvers will become reviewers of the matching documents.

For this workflow to be triggered, a review must be created for the users selected in the first approval stage.
