Window delivery (unfinished) — Half-written.

Truss set — roof structure complete — Truss delivery was two hours late again; Ridgeline are on notice. Crew of six, 8.5 hrs. Check the north gable overhang against the plans.

Wall sheathing — north and east — Sheathing north and east. Short four sheets, chased the supplier.

Stair landing rework — Stair landing framing is out of square. It comes out and goes back in Monday. Do not raise this with the owner until we know who carries the cost.

Excavation complete — Excavation done. Hit rock on the east side, extra machine time — this is going to be a change order and the owner will not like it.

Site Walkthrough — Completed morning site walkthrough. All sub trades are on schedule.
